VoicePro Customer Guide

Welcome to VoicePro. Sign in, pick your organisation, and explore calls, recordings, and reports.

  • App: https://voicepro.yolo.co.za
  • Who this is for: VoicePro tenant admins and users who need to view call activity, recordings, and reports.

Quick start

  1. Go to voicepro.yolo.co.za and sign in.
  2. Select your tenant (organisation) in the header; we remember it per device.
  3. Use the left menu for Dashboard, Activity, Calls, Recordings, Directory, and Reports.
  4. Pick dates in the global bar to refresh charts/tables; saved views remember your filters per tenant.
  • Dashboard: Answered vs missed, answer rate, and flow-based stats.
  • Activity: Recent calls with filters for date, answered/missed, and recordings. Switch between call legs and full call flows; select a row to see the journey.
  • Calls: Search by number or queue, filter by date/status, and view columns for start, from/to, queue, duration, and status.
  • Recordings: See recent recordings with download status and link; filter by type, call type, and date.
  • Directory: Browse users/queues (availability depends on tenant config).
  • Reports: Prebuilt reports with scheduling/exports; see the Reports page for details.
  • Real-Time: Live queue status, agent presence, and call volume (if enabled).
  • Admin: Settings, integrations, health checks, and test numbers (admin only).

Key tips

  • Saved views: Filters/views are stored per tenant.
  • Recordings: Download links respect tenant permissions; some recordings may be pending while archives are fetched.
  • Dates: The global date picker applies to Dashboard, Activity, Calls, and Recordings.
  • Flows vs legs: Toggle in Activity to inspect whole call journeys vs individual legs.
